Pilfer-Proof Closures for Bottle Necks

This type of closure is most commonly used in EVOO oils and high-quality vinegars.

Traditionally, it is used on glass bottles along with an aluminium capsule that replicates the thread of the bottle neck at the time of bottling, ensuring an airtight seal and ideal conditions for product preservation. The capsule not only serves a crucial protective function but also adds a decorative touch to the bottle neck and serves as evidence that the bottle has been opened for the first time.

Currently, there are also high-quality alternatives made from plastic material, both for the bottle and to replace the aluminium capsule.
